Here are a few ways for you to know if your roofing contractor measures up.
- Only hire licensed, bonded, and insured roofing contractors.
- Check the contractor’s license number by calling 1-800-321-CSLB or doing
a license check.
- Review past work and get references.
- Get a written contract and do not sign until you understand the terms.
- Use experienced installers who are trained and industry qualified.

department prepared to exceed your roofing expectations. Our servicemen are trained, industry qualified, and ready to perform
most required repairs and maintenance needed the day of the appointment.
For commercial and industrial buildings
there is a $200 service fee. Our serviceman will inspect the roof and provide a written estimate; if the estimate is accepted,
the service fee goes towards the cost of the repairs. The average repair is between $200 and $600; our minimum is $200.
Note: New roof and roof replacement estimates are free.
