Urbach Roofing, Inc., knows and understands that when it comes to dealing
with the demanding deadlines and unexpected issues that may arise at one of your properties, time and money is of the essence.
We recognize that the real estate business in the San Diego market is very competitive and there are many inspections and
repairs that need to be made in a moment’s notice.
Urbach Roofing, Inc., has full year-round service
department prepared to exceed your roofing expectations. Our servicemen are trained, industry qualified, and ready to perform
most required repairs and maintenance needed the day of the appointment.
We do have a $75 service fee. Our serviceman
will inspect the roof and provide a written estimate; if the estimate is accepted while the serviceman is on site, the service
fee goes towards the cost of the repairs. The average repair is between $200 and $500; our minimum is $200.
If
your client’s needs are for a more detailed roof inspection or roof certification, we offer those services as well.

out the information, have the responsible party sign, and return it to our office. We will contact you to schedule the inspection.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of inspection/upon completion of work. Urbach Roofing, Inc., does not bill
escrow. The prices stated are for residential dwellings and are slightly higher for commercial properties. New roof and roof
replacement estimates are free.
